Before the summer disappears altogether 7 Inch Cinema are going camping, but en route they are making a pit-stop at Islington Mill to present an evening of short films, archive oddities and music devoted to high days and holidays. Boarding passes at the ready! Knotted handkerchiefs and deckchairs are optional.
Islington Mill is a former cotton mill in Salford which includes over 50 studios, two galleries, a self-organised art school and a club. Parts of the building are being renovated over the summer, and in the meantime the Mill is hosting a series of outdoor cinema events.
